Mornings might start with a long bath overlooking the water, kids running downstairs to see who can claim the best spot on the sofa, or the dog eager to nose around outside on the enclosed deck. There’s plenty of seating outside, overlooking the lake, making it a natural gathering point for breakfast, planning your day, or simply trying to convince everyone that the water is warm enough for a pre-lunch dip. Honest.
When was the last time you had a group holiday where there really was something for everyone? Lounging in comfort one day, with your favourite new book (that you never have time to read at home), or paddleboarding out on the lake just before the sun sets?
Malachite Lodge is the kind of place where free time finally feels easy. There’s room for early risers, late sleepers, and that other breed of human that likes to start their day with a dip in the lake.
